What you're buying
The A$10 product is a personalised review-support summary — a plain-English document, based on the figures you entered, that you can take to Services Australia if you want to ask them to review your Child Care Subsidy.
Please read this carefully. The summary is review-support material only. It is not a Services Australia approval, assessment, or decision, and it is not any guarantee that you will recover money or that any review will go in your favour. Only Services Australia can assess your entitlement and decide any outcome. We help you prepare; we cannot promise a result.
Our refund promise
We want this to be risk-free for you. So:
- If your purchase doesn't lead to any recovery — that is, the review doesn't result in any money coming back to you — we'll refund your A$10 in full.
- Or if you're simply not satisfied — for any reason at all — we will refund you in full. You do not need to prove anything or explain yourself.
How to request a refund
Email us at refunds@ (TODO — address to be confirmed) with the email address you used at checkout. We will process eligible refunds back to your original payment method within X business days (TODO — confirm timeframe, e.g. 5 business days) of receiving your request. We will confirm by email once it's done.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
This refund promise sits alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and does not limit or replace them. Our goods and services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing on this page takes those guarantees away — where they apply, they apply in addition to the promise above.
